How we price it
Freight is quoted on chargeable weight — the higher of actual weight and volumetric weight. Fuel surcharge and GST are shown as separate lines on the rate screen and on the invoice, so there is never a bundled figure to reconcile. Contract accounts move to an annual rate agreement after the first month.
