Add 12% fuel surcharge, a ₹40 docket charge and 18% GST. All three are itemised separately on the rate screen and on the invoice.
Volumetric weight is length × breadth × height in centimetres, divided by 5000 for air and 4750 for surface.
Part Load Cargo bills a minimum of 30 kg. Extended-delivery PIN codes carry an ODA charge and one to two days of additional transit.

The company
MULTIIS is the brand name of Multi Innovative Services. The company handles domestic and international shipping, express courier, freight transportation, warehousing and supply chain management. It was set up to compete on five things a logistics buyer can measure: cost, quality, delivery, response and technical capability.
Warehousing runs on an outsourcing model: MULTIIS provides the staff and the systems, the client owns the stock. That covers FIFO movement records, weekly reconciliation of physical against system inventory, and documentation kept in order for audit.
