What we collect when you use this site, and what we do with it.

What we collect
When you rate or book a shipment we collect the pickup and delivery PIN codes, the weight and dimensions you enter, and the consignor and consignee names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses. When you write to us through the contact form we collect your name, company, phone number, email address and the message itself.
Why we collect it
To quote a rate, to raise and move the consignment, to let you and your consignee track it, to raise an invoice, and to reply to enquiries. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
Consignment details are shared with the delivery partners and airline or transport operators carrying that shipment, and with government authorities where the law requires it. Nothing more than what is needed to complete the movement.
How long we keep it
Consignment records are retained for the period required under applicable tax and transport regulations. Enquiries are retained while we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period after.
Your choices
Write to info@multiis.in to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete anything we are not obliged to keep.
Cookies
This site sets one session cookie so forms can be submitted safely. There is no analytics or advertising tracking on it.
